It was not one of the days that we’ve been having this week… it was one of those truly fall days with the threatening clouds, and the crisp breeze. But, we all had our fingers crossed that it was one of those fall Utah days where the weather changes every five seconds… but no such luck. Just as our scheduled time for photos approached the rain started. A quick call to the Castor Family, and they were still in. LOVE that. Rain did not damper the spirits of this fun loving family. So, despite the threatening clouds and looming downpour, we headed out to the park to take their family photos. It all held off, until we hopped out of our cars. Just then the rain started sprinkling. And, still, they we’re like, “let’s do this!” LOVE that. Like for real. I love that this family has so much fun together that the rain just made it more awesome. We twirled in the rain, ran in the rain, kissed in the rain and even busted out this GINORMOUS umbrella that they keep for games. Have you ever seen an umbrella this big?!? I had not. Huge umbrella + awesome family + sprinkles + sweet wind = these awesome family photos.
Love.
Not gonna lie, I kinda hope one of these ones make the wall. So much fun.
How to have an amazing family like these guys: Start with a relationship like these two.
Chewy is the “newest” addition to the family. She has an amazing family of her own, but also gets to call the Castors her second family. She adds so much spunk, and amazing photo faces to this family.
Rock stars. This one should also make the wall. Ok, you caught me, there are so many that would be awesome on their walls. When you have so much fun together, its easy to find lots of images that would work on the walls. These guys rock it.
Thanks for a fun afternoon in the rain!! Loved getting to laugh and play in the rain with you all.
