They have been best friends since high school. Boyfriend and Girlfriend forever… and today, they get to be husband and wife. :) Jake and Karissa’s wedding was held in the beautiful backyard of his grandparents. I love this. Just like they choose a meaningful location for their engagement shoot, they choose so many meaningful details to be included in their wedding. Their grandparent’s home is on the same street as Jake’s parents, and the street he grew up on. And it was gorgeous. The breeze rustle the leaves in the trees covering the lane, the flowers popped against the rock walls, and somewhere in the distance you could hear laughter. I’m pretty sure laughter was heard throughout the whole night. Such a beautiful and fun celebration of these two and their love.

haha I love this!! Pictures in the garden come with their dangers… a bug just might crawl into your veil and need to get picked out by your groom.
